Integrations

Three connections. Then Neko gets to work.

You connect your bank, Exact Online and Slack in a few minutes. Neko gets exactly the permissions it needs, and you can revoke them at any time.

A ledger, a brass key and a folded note, joined by a red thread that ends at a small lucky cat figurine.

Invoices

A dedicated invoice address.

Every company gets its own address to send or forward invoices to. Neko reads them, checks the sender and gets them ready to book. You can also simply drop receipts in the Slack channel.

After connecting

From connected to independent.

Neko does not start booking right away. First it gets to know your administration, and we watch along.

  1. Day 1

    Connected

Bank, Exact Online and Slack are on.

  2. Day 1

    Set up

Neko reads your chart of accounts and 12 months of purchases, and suggests a rule per supplier.

  3. Week 1 to 4

    Shadowing

Neko works everything out but books nothing. We measure how often it would do what you did.

  4. Then

    Proposing

Every entry arrives as a card with a button. You approve.

  5. When it is right

    Independent

What a confirmed rule covers, Neko books itself. The rest it puts to you.

Questions about connecting

Which banks are supported?

Most Dutch and European business banks, through a regulated PSD2 provider. We check your bank during the intro call.

Can I revoke a connection?

Yes, at any time. In your bank, in Exact Online or in Slack. Neko stops using that source immediately and tells you what it can no longer do.

Does it work with multiple administrations?

Yes. Every Exact administration you choose gets its own setup and its own rules. Neko keeps them strictly separate.

Why switch off automatic invoice processing in Exact?

Otherwise two systems book the same invoice. Neko always checks whether something is already there, but avoiding double work is better.

Do I need Slack?

For now, yes. Slack is where Neko asks questions and where you approve with a button.

Connect together during the intro call?

We walk through the three steps with you, with your bank and your administration.
