Nekoledger processes accounting data on behalf of our clients. Here is, in plain language, how we handle it.
What data
Invoices, bank transactions, data from your Exact Online administration and messages in the Slack channel Neko has been added to. For users we keep name, email address and role.
What for
Only to keep your books: reading, checking, booking, matching and keeping you informed. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Where
In the Netherlands, in Google Cloud (region europe-west4). The language models that read invoices run within the EU.
How long
For as long as you are a client, and after that for as long as the statutory retention period for accounting records requires.
Data processing agreement
We sign a data processing agreement with every client. If you would like to see it in advance, get in touch.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, as far as the law allows.
